We’ve been partnered with this chemical processing company for over 20 years to maintain their many labs and offices that total 40,000 square feet of cleanable space. Their labs often have heavy buildup of chemical residue from testing different products, and they require expert cleaning services to maintain these spaces. Cleaning Around Potentially Dangerous Chemicals
Communication with the client is key to understanding the different chemicals and expensive equipment we’re cleaning around. We communicate with them regularly so we know if there are certain areas we need to avoid or chemical spills to take extra precaution on. While there are rubber mats in the labs to catch chemical spills, the lab technicians can’t plan where their spills end up, and the mats aren’t 100% protective.

Nightly Cleaning
A group of three JanTech employees is responsible for cleaning the floors every night. This is their sole job, so they know all the ins and outs of the facility and the requirements for their floors. In addition to the floors, we perform general cleaning duties each night to refresh the space and make it clean for the next work day.
Monthly Carpet Care
The industry standard when it comes to commercial cleaning is to provide carpet cleaning services. As in, the carpet is dirty and needs to be cleaned.
